Sysme POS 5.39 – Review 27/08/2026

Hello everyone,

We have released a new revision of Sysme POS 5.39, continuing the improvement and consolidation work introduced with this version.

This update focuses on process automation, the continued development of Sysme Cloud, payment terminal integration, and several improvements to both Sysme POS for Windows and Sysme POS Mobile.

Automatic TicketBAI submission for Bizkaia

Until now, Sysme POS automatically submitted TicketBAI documents for Álava and Gipuzkoa, while submissions for Bizkaia had to be performed manually.

From this revision onwards, TicketBAI documents for Bizkaia are also submitted automatically, bringing the three Basque Provincial Tax Authorities into line and following the same automation approach already used for VeriFactu.

Once the system has been correctly configured, Sysme POS can therefore manage the required submissions automatically without manual intervention.

New SysmeSync application for Sysme Cloud synchronisation

We have created SysmeSync, a new application that runs in the Windows system tray and is specifically responsible for synchronisation tasks between Sysme POS and Sysme Cloud.

Until now, these tasks were handled directly by Sysme POS. Moving them to a separate application reduces the workload of the main program and provides a more dedicated and controlled synchronisation process.

Alongside SysmeSync, we have reviewed and consolidated the processes related to product and stock modifications from Sysme Cloud.

As a result of these changes, Sysme Cloud can now correctly edit product information, keeping the data synchronised with Sysme POS.

Sysme Cloud is now available for Android

We are also continuing to develop Sysme Cloud as part of the Sysme ecosystem.

The new Sysme Cloud Android app is now available on Google Play, providing a more convenient way to access information synchronised from Sysme POS using smartphones and tablets.

Sysme Cloud provides remote access to information including sales, receipts and invoices, products, customers and cash register movements.

Improvements to Redsys TPV-PC payment terminal integration

We have carried out a significant revision of the integration with Redsys TPV-PC payment terminals.

The configuration screen can now test the connection directly using the terminal initialisation and stop functions, making it easier to verify that communication with the payment terminal has been configured correctly.

Connection security and error handling have also been improved, covering a wider range of possible communication and transaction errors.

In addition, we have fixed an issue affecting sales over €1,000 related to the handling of the thousands separator in the amount sent to the payment terminal.

Improved kitchen display in Sysme POS Mobile

The kitchen display in Sysme POS Mobile now includes additional configuration options similar to those already available in the Windows version of Sysme POS.

Among other options, you can now configure:

  • Number and distribution of columns.
  • Refresh interval.
  • Display of orders assigned exclusively to the kitchen display or all orders.
  • Sales number reset.
  • Other options related to the appearance and operation of the kitchen display.

These improvements make it easier to adapt the mobile kitchen display to the workflow of each establishment.

Optional receipt printing in Sysme POS Mobile

Sysme POS Mobile now includes an option to choose whether or not to print a receipt when completing a sale.

This makes it possible to adapt the behaviour of each mobile terminal to different types of operation and avoid unnecessary printing when a physical receipt is not required.

Sysme POS configuration moved to an INI file

We have migrated the Sysme POS configuration from the Windows Registry to an INI configuration file.

This reduces dependency on the Windows Registry and makes Sysme POS installations easier to maintain and move between systems.

For security, the database connection password is stored encrypted within the configuration file.

Read-only database user

It is now possible to create a read-only database user directly from System → Configuration.

This makes it easier to connect external tools that need to retrieve information from Sysme POS without providing credentials with permission to modify the database.

Improved sorting and pagination for products and customers

We have revised the sorting processes used in the product and customer lists.

Sorting is now performed directly through SQL, taking the complete set of results into account before pagination is applied.

As a result, changing the number of results per page or navigating between pages no longer affects the overall sorting of records.

Economic valuation of pending sales

A new function has been added to display the total value of pending sales.

This provides a quick way to check the accumulated value of sales that are still open or waiting to be completed.

Additional fixes and adjustments

As with previous Sysme POS 5.39 revisions, we have also used the development and testing process to correct several situations identified during real-world use.

These include:

  • Fixed an issue in the A4 invoice printing format that could cause taxes to be displayed twice.
  • Fixed the behaviour of products that previously used multiple combinations but no longer have combinations configured. Once the combinations have been removed, the quantity of the product can once again be increased normally within the same sales line.
  • Fixed a possible issue when assigning a newly created customer to a sale before the customer record had been saved.

Free update for Sysme POS 5.39 users

This revision is part of Sysme POS 5.39 and is free for all users who already have this version.

If you already have Sysme POS 5.39, you do not need to purchase a new update key.

You can download and install the latest revision using the usual update procedure.

We will continue using each Sysme POS 5.39 revision to improve processes, automate tasks and simplify the day-to-day operation of the software, both on the main POS terminal and across the new tools that are becoming part of the Sysme ecosystem.

Thank you, as always, for continuing to trust Sysme.
