Sysme Cloud

Sysme Cloud extends the capabilities of Sysme POS, allowing you to view and manage your business from anywhere and on any device.

Sysme POS and Sysme Cloud keep your information synchronised, allowing you to check the activity of your business locations and carry out management tasks without remotely connecting to the computer where the POS system is installed.

Check your business activity

Sysme Cloud gives you remote access to information synchronised from Sysme POS:

• Sales and receipts.
• Sales invoices.
• Products and categories.
• Stock.
• Customers.
• Cash register movements.

You can access this information from any internet-connected computer, phone or tablet.

Manage your catalogue from Sysme Cloud

Sysme Cloud is not limited to viewing information. You can also manage your product catalogue directly from the cloud and keep your changes synchronised with Sysme POS.

• Create, edit and delete categories.
• Create, edit and delete products.
• Manage prices and stock.
• Manage category and product images.
• Manage sizes and colours.
• Manage kitchen options and notes.
• Work with simple, composite and combined products.
• Manage multiple combinations with or without price supplements.
• Work with lot and expiry date variations.

Changes made in Sysme Cloud are downloaded to Sysme POS, while changes made in Sysme POS are synchronised back to the cloud.

Manage multiple locations

If your business has several locations associated with the same tax ID, you can access all of them from a single Sysme Cloud account while keeping the information for each location separate.

• Access multiple locations using the same email address and password.
• Check the activity of each location independently.
• Keep data and documents separate for each location.
• Copy categories and products from one location to another.

Catalogue copying makes it easy to prepare or update products across different locations without having to recreate them manually in each Sysme POS installation.

Access your business from anywhere

You can use Sysme Cloud from any device with a web browser and also through the official Sysme Cloud app for Android.

This allows you to view and manage your business without remotely connecting to the computer at the location.

1 month of Sysme Cloud access

This product includes 1 month of Sysme Cloud access for one business location.

Each location connected to Sysme Cloud requires its own subscription period.

When the purchased period ends, Sysme POS will stop sending and synchronising new data for that location until the service is renewed.

If you are not already using Sysme Cloud, you can activate it directly from Sysme POS and enjoy a one-month free trial before purchasing additional access time.

Requirements

• Sysme POS must be installed and licensed.
• The computer running Sysme POS must have an Internet connection.
• Sysme Cloud access must be configured and activated from Sysme POS.

Sysme Cloud is a companion service for Sysme POS and does not operate as a standalone POS system.
