En la descarga de Opencart, el fichero incluye las instrucciones (en inglés eso si), pero no tiene mucho misterio:

- Guardar los 2 archivos de configuración
- Subir los ficheros de la nueva versión
- Ejecutar el instalador
- poco mas .. no se si había algún paso adicional.
