Hi, please I need your help as I have a similar issue to this. I installed the software on the computer and when I open it, it first opens and pops up a screen that says employee password but I have neither created nor added any employees yet.
When I click on cancel, it then pops up the error that says
"You have not made any backups in SYSTEM>BACKUPS, we recommend that you make regular backups to keep your data safe.
Meanwhile I've not even used the software. What could be the cause of this issue and how can I fix this please?
