SYSME ERROR

Hello I hope you are doing fine I am recently facing an issue with the SYSME Software and the issue is that when I open the sales terminal I get an error that states the following lines :
"An error has occurred in the application with the following description:


Form: SalesForm <br>


Error: SQL Error: Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (sysmehotel/ventadirecta, CONSTRAINT *venta_ibfk_2" FOREIGN KEY ("id_entidad") REFERENCES "sysme". entity" ("id_entidad') ON UPDATE CASCADE"

Please help me solve this and as soon as possible because when I click ok and enter the window the images sizes are changed and the error happens and when I click on the exit and enter again the setting does not save and the image size remains there big and unfit

You have an error in a database sctructure, probably caused by copy data from other computer, this requires remote support and maybe update: https://www.sysme.net/tpv/bono-soporte-software-sysme
