After each sale, the printer prints a ticket.
I want to make sales without printing a ticket
Please explain how to do this.

Hi Neill, just disable the printer in the sales screeen, the button is on the top-right of the window.

Unfortunately, no matter which codes I use for my printer I cannot get the printer drawer to open, therefore, when I use the disable button the cash drawer does not open.

Note: The cash drawer opens when the printer is activated.

The printer is new (model, 10POS) and I have asked the supplier where I bought the machine to solution the problem.

Is the cash drawer opening when you check the function in SISTEM->CONFIGURATION->CASH DRAWER TAB ??
