Access violation at address 00B9724D in module Tpv.exe'. Read of address 00000009ar

I usually print product labels when I go to the product list but I can no longer see this feature and I need it in order to print label for new products. How can this be fixed please?

I went back to search for the solution and then found it was from my screen resolution. but when i try to make new labels, it says SQLerror SYSMEhotel.variciones doesnt exist. how can I resolve this error?
