Me da ese error, elijo que lo cierre automáticamente pero sigue saliendo.

Ejecuta:
C:\SYSME\SGC\stoptpv.bat
C:\SYSME\SGC\stop.bat
C:\SYSME\SGC\xampp\apache_stop.bat
Luego ejecuta de nuevo el instalador.
