when i go to catalog>products and try to find the product with cod. bara then its shows nothing in the box like the box remain empty and contains no code at all
however if the scan the same products in sales terminal it does work and the product shows this means that my scanner is fine but the code is not scanning in Catalogue>Productos> Codigo Barra Search Bar
Please Help
