Hola, estoy instalando SYSME en dos clientes (y amigos) a los cuales les hago pagina web y redes sociales, el problema es que no he logrado sincronizar con OpenCart, tengo siempre el error "HTTP:// 1.1 403 Forbidden" he contactado con Fatcow que es mi proveedor de hosting y pongo las respuestas de ellos...

We have corrected the permission for the files located at /sysmetpvopencart and now the blank page is coming up at http://www.altoke.es/sysmetpvopencart/install.php . Your previous inbound says we have to enabled the connection. Could you please let us know which connection has to be enabled? In the meantime, I would recommend you to install this module by logging into the admin page of the application. Please contact the support team of the module provider and check how to install this module via admin page.

If you need to adjust the permissions of files or directories you can do so using and FTP client. We can provide assistance and change the permissions for you on specified directories, but without know which files/directories, and what the specific permissions need to be, this will be extremely difficult.

I have corrected the permissions for the folder /clientes/altoke . However, website at http://www.altoke.es/sysmetpvopencart/install.php is loading blank. When I checked the install.php file, the query shows as it alters the table at_order to add column importado with datatype char(1) and charset utf8. And there is no print statement so the URL shows blank.

I've accessed the URL: http://www.altoke.es/sysmetpvopencart/install.php and noticed that it is still loading a blank page. As our previous agent has mentioned from her findings, we are unable to find any print/echo statement in the file install.php due to which there is no output in the file. The test php file at http://www.altoke.es/sysmetpvopencart/info.php and the database connection to the database 'altoke' via script at http://www.altoke.es/sysmetpvopencart/db.php is connecting fine. I was unable to find any error logs at
http://www.fatcow.com/controlpanel/cgiMa...orlog.html too. While going through the server requirements at http://www.sysmepos.com/documentation/in...w-install/ I noticed that it is restricted to operating system (Windows) . Thus, I would suggest that you to please contact your module vendor and seek their assistance installing it via admin panel.

puedes darme una contestación para ellos y así ver si pueden resolver el problema con altoke y luego hacer lo mismo con el otro, no puedo pedirles que compren la licencia si no funciona...
